Thousands of sailors from around the world have taken part in races in memory of Andrew ‘Bart’ Simpson, the Olympian who died at sea last year. The organisers of Bart’s Bash are hoping to break a world record for the biggest ever race and raise money to help young people through sailing. Simon Clemison has more from the home of British sailing in Portland.
